We are looking for two additional drivers to run a variety of private and regularly scheduled shuttles. Details below.

Must hold a valid Montana Driver’s License.
Clean driving record required (no tickets of any kind in the last three [3] years). Preference for candidates who can provide a copy of their driving record upon application.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) not required.

Schedule varies week to week, with some regularly scheduled events and some ad-hoc, private shuttles. Drivers should have flexible availability (we can work around schedules) for both day and evening shifts.
Drivers are expected to perform the following during their shift(s):
- Complete vehicle safety check
- Mileage and destination documentation
- Proactive communication with both clients and Owner in the case of any delays or issues
- Early/on-time arrival and departure
- Some sales/business development for both The Local Transport and The Local Dispensary
Dress Code:
- General professional appearance
- Clean (or closely) shaven
- Hair, if short, cleanly cut, or if long, pulled back in a neat ponytail or bun
- Clean, professionally casual pants, slacks, or shorts (no jeans or jorts)
- Closed toe, clean, professional shoes (no sandals except in summer during river runs)
- The Local will provide drivers with two (2) company-branded t-shirts or polo shirts
Overnight shifts are rare but do occasionally occur. In these cases, The Local covers meals and lodging for drivers, in addition to hourly pay.

Unfortunately we cannot currently offer health or unemployment benefits but are hopeful that we can offer these benefits soon.
